After a year-and-a-half cleaning up the Los Gatos Creek, we are now expanding to the Guadalupe River. To date we have completed six cleanups that have yielded nine tons of trash and garbage.
We have been fortunate to have organizations join our efforts to make a difference. Many thanks to the following groups:

Boy Scout Troop 286 has been involved with The Guadalupe River "Adopt-a-Creek progaram for many years.  Their long term commitment to the River show that we do have dedicated groups who are being good stewards of our watershed.  Their cleanup effort at Reach 12 of our Guadalupe River as well as the percolation pond near the west end of Chynoweth is an example for all of us.  The dry creek bed conditions are presenting interesting discoveries....Bowling Balls?
